We also produce essential consumables such as Engine Oil, Diesel and Paints. The company is duly registered as a Limited Liability Company with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and is headquartered in Anambra State.
Our Objective
Our objective is to use our vast knowledge and experience to create a viable and vibrant indigenous construction and manufacturing company that becomes a global phenomenon in the construction and production industry, through research and innovations.

Mr. Chikaodiri Samuel Nwachukwu
Founder / CEO, Sam Best Construction and Building Designers Ltd.
Background
Mr. Chikaodiri Samuel Nwachukwu was born into the family of Mr. Nwachukwu Nweke Ani, a native of Ume Igbudu Community in Ikwo Local Government Area of Ebonyi State. He had his primary education at Central School Igbudu and secondary education at Ikwo High School.
Training and Experience
He learnt Road/Building Construction with Gomeck Construction Company, Nnewi, and later proceeded to learn POP, Wall Screeding, and Painting with the Togolese.
Researches
His curiosity and quest for innovation pushed him to start making researches for better ways of doing the jobs he had learned. Through his dedication, he discovered how to manufacture the following:
- Polish or Sealant
- Paints
- Asphalt
- Diesel
- Engine Oil
These products have been incorporated under three companies:
- Sam Best Construction And Building Designers Ltd.
- Mirabel De Great Ventures
- Samco Paint
These researched products have been tested, proven, and marketed for public use — earning numerous supply orders and testimonies of their efficacy.
Mr. Nwachukwu is a devoted Christian, worshipping at the Redeemed Christian Church of God Mission. He is happily married with children and resides in Nnewi.
